Rusty's Happy Hour Finder

Terms of use

Rusty's Happy Hour Finder is a free guide to happy hours, run by WarSignalLabs. Use it to find a good deal near you. These are the ground rules for using the site. By using it, you agree to them.

Last updated October 4, 2026.

Who the site is for

The site is about bars and restaurants that serve alcohol, so it is for people 21 and older. We don't sell or serve alcohol; we point you at places that do. Please drink responsibly and get home safely.

Check with the bar

We work hard to keep hours, prices and deals current, and we check them against what each place says about itself. But bars change their happy hours without telling anyone, and we can be wrong or out of date. A listing here is not a promise from us or from the venue. If a deal matters to your plans, call ahead or check the venue's own site.

We are not affiliated with the venues we list unless a listing is marked as sponsored. Venue names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.

What you can do

  • Browse, search and use the listings for your own plans.
  • Share a link to any page with friends.
  • Quote a listing or two when you're talking about a place, with a link back to us.
  • Search engines may index the public pages in the normal way so people can find them.

What you can't do

The listings took a lot of work to gather and check, one venue at a time. They are here to be read, not harvested. Without our written permission, you may not:

  • Copy the directory, or a large part of it, by any means — by hand, with a script, a scraper, a bot or any other automated tool.
  • Collect our listings to build, fill or improve another directory, app, dataset or product, or to train or feed an AI system.
  • Republish, resell or redistribute our listings in bulk, with or without credit.
  • Get around the limits we put in place to prevent the above, or pull data from the site in any way other than through the pages as they are offered to visitors.
  • Overload, probe or interfere with the site, or try to reach parts of it that aren't meant for the public.

Want to use our data for something? Ask. We're open to sensible arrangements — warsignallabs@gmail.com.

Who owns what

A bar's happy hour is the bar's own business, and anyone can go find it. What belongs to us is the collection: which places we chose, how we organized and described them, the checking we did, and the site itself — its design, text and code. All of that is © WarSignalLabs, all rights reserved. Using the site doesn't give you any rights to it beyond what's described under "What you can do."

What you send us

If you leave a rating, a comment, a photo or a tip, you're telling us it's yours to share and letting us show it on the site and use it to keep listings accurate. Keep it honest and decent: no hate, no harassment, no spam, nothing you don't have the right to post. We can remove anything, and block repeat offenders, at our discretion. How we handle what you submit is covered on the privacy page.

Sponsored listings

Some venues pay to be featured. Those placements are always labeled. Paying doesn't change what we say about a venue's hours or deals.

The fine print

The site is provided as is, with no guarantees that it will be accurate, complete or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, WarSignalLabs is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on a listing — a deal that wasn't honored, a venue that had closed, a wasted trip. Links to other websites are there for convenience; we don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on them.

If you break these terms we may limit or block your access. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If one part turns out not to be enforceable, the rest still stands.

Changes and contact

When these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and note it on What's new. Questions, or a venue owner who wants a listing fixed or removed? Email warsignallabs@gmail.com.
