Rusty's Happy Hour was built out of a simple frustration: there was no easy way to find a real happy hour in the DMV when you only had 20 minutes to make a decision.

By day, I work as a network security engineer. By night and on weekends, I build practical tools like this — solo, without investors, ads, or unnecessary noise. Rusty's Happy Hour is designed to be simple, useful, and focused on helping people quickly find the right spot to eat, drink, and save.
